I specialize in simple recipes that can be enjoyed by the whole family.
All of the recipes here are gluten and wheat free. This is what is needed by my family, plus there is no shortage of delicious wheat-based recipes out there already. I also include many grain free, dairy free, paleo, and/or allergy friendly recipes.
You don’t need to be on a special diet to enjoy this food – it’s for everyone! These recipes may serve as an opportunity to try a new dish or ingredient, and provide you with the ability to more easily cater for family, friends, or coworkers that do have dietary limitations. Isn’t it more fun when we can all participate? Plus, we can all benefit from diversifying our diet.
I hope you find some ideas here that motivate you to get cooking or inspire you to create your own amazingly simple dishes. Nothing tastes better than a homecooked meal. There are no mistakes in the kitchen. It’s all about trial and error and learning (and tasting) along the way.
